Walmart to hire 50,000 seasonal employees nationwide
SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - If you're looking for a job, Walmart is planning to hire more than 50,000 seasonal employees nationwide which is slightly more than last year.
The company is also giving current workers the chance to work more hours. Retailers typically add seasonal staff in the weeks leading up to the holiday shopping season in order to work in stores and help fulfill online orders.
Kohl's is also planning to hire more than 50,000 seasonal employees nationwide.
