BEAUFORT CO., SC (WTOC) - Boaters will be able to dispose of unwanted, damaged, and unusable equipment for free next month.

Clean Marine takes place Nov. 2 to 4 and aims to prevent abandoned boats and fishing equipment from cluttering up the waterways and damaging marine life habitats.

BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) - Earth Day is this weekend, and some students in the Lowcountry are doing their part to spread the message.

Students at Beaufort Elementary School have been busy decorating grocery bags for Earth Day. They have written and illustrated all kinds of Earth Day messages on more than 500 bags.
